Cleaning

ZACI removes all dirt from tangible surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings, furniture and equipment).

Cleanings can be occasional or contractual. It is considered occasional cleanings all jobs that require only one intervention such as post-construction cleaning, general cleaning and specific cleaning per customer recommendations. Contractual cleanings are agreements established between ZACI and the client for regular cleanings for a set period of time agreed between the parties.

Hygiene Consumables

ZACI provides services to supply and substitute the hygienic consumable products to maintain the hygienic equipment at client’s premises, through preventive techniques and methods, ensuring defense against bacteria that cause infectious diseases.

Solid Waste Management

ZACI establishes unique conditions and procedures for waste collection within the scope of the policies and rules adopted to preserve the environment. The collection of solid waste consists of domestic, hospital and industrial.

Fumigation

ZACI offers pest control services through treatment carried out with chemical compounds using innovative mechanisms and technologies.

Fumigations consist of combating flying and crawling insects and rodents. The techniques used for fumigation are: Spray, Gel, and Smoke.

Disinfection

ZACI performs disinfection after a pre-cleaning process, as poorly performed pre-cleaning, errors during the dilution of the disinfectant solution, temperature and pH can interfere with the disinfection action. Our types of disinfection are low level (use of a product with alcohol below 70% to kill bacteria in vegetative form), intermediate level (use of a product with alcohol at a level of 70% or more) and high level (sterilization).
